What we are working on

Alongside our consultancy work, Mason Pete develops internal projects to explore how Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft technology could make everyday work easier.

These projects are in development. This page shares the questions we are exploring; it does not describe finished products or client results.

Microsoft Dynamics for healthcare

We are in talks with a dental clinic about a Microsoft healthcare use case. The aim is to reduce recurring tasks for the team and improve the patient experience.

We are starting with the clinic's daily work to agree on a useful first process. The scope and results are still to be established.

Exploring Microsoft Project Sophia

Internal project · In development

We are exploring Microsoft Project Sophia and where it could help people understand a business question and decide what to investigate next.

The focus is practical: what does a business user need to understand, and what would make the answer useful in their work?

An agentic contact centre

Internal project · In development

We are building an internal contact centre project in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, exploring how AI agents could handle routine service work and support the people helping customers.

Our Microsoft Dynamics hotline is a practical use case for this work. We are developing an AI assistant to understand a caller's question, capture the enquiry in Microsoft Dynamics and prepare a handover when Peter cannot answer.

Automated phone answering is still in development. The hotline currently provides a direct call to Peter and a contact form for follow-up.

Discuss your customer service process

Start with the problem your team faces

An internal project may raise a useful question for your organisation. We can explore that question with you and assess what is appropriate for your process and Microsoft Dynamics setup.
